The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect if you're getting off the train with a lot of luggage. It is just a stone's throw away from the station and very convenient to the old town. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Despite the hotel being basic, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided.
All in all, everything was fine and there were no major issues to complain about.

The hotel is located very comfortably tight in the center of Mainz. very close to central train station. It is easy to reach Frankfurt and Messe. Also Mainz itself is a very good and interesting city. The staff is rather friendly and ready to help. Rooms are rather small but cosy. The breakfast not very good but better then it could be.

I can not use free WiFi during my 4 days staying! They promised they have free WiFi, but you can never find the WiFi conection point they said. What they can give is only a 1 hour WiFi card (the Clouds). I complaint this to their manager, but they did nothing more than give me another "the Clouds 1 hour free WiFi Card"!

Location to transportation and city center is excellent. Room, although very small was clean and breakfast was adequate.
Occasionally at night outside noises were distracting; bathroom was very small especially shower. Towels, although clean, were lacking in quality.

This hotel is a great find for the price. The location is very convenient - just a stone's throw away from the train station and within walking distance of the Christmas Market. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great views if you're on the upper floors. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included is a nice touch.
All was fine, no complaints here.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is situated very close to a train station and the Mainz Carnival Museums are just a short walk away.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip. It was very close to the train station and only a short walk away from the old town with lots of cozy restaurants and wine bars. The breakfast was great and had a good variety of fresh options. One added bonus was the bright breakfast room with a nice view of the street!
There were some downsides to our stay. We noticed empty beer bottles lingering on the terrace which made it look untidy, and the bathroom could have used some maintenance.

Handy location close to central train station
Thin walls so can hear all noise from adjoining rooms. Tiny lift not recommended for the claustrophobic. Instant coffee with breakfast.

Located about 200 meters from the station, it's a reasonably modern and inexpensive hotel. Clean rooms, good shower, free WiFi, basic German-style breakfast for 5 Euro.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, close to train station, spacious room with huge shower, private balcony.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is close to the main railway station and local transport hub. The bedroom was fitted with thick curtains that absorbed much of the noise outside. The included breakfast was very basic but adequate. The wifi was free and worked well.
The en-suite curtains were so transparent, the only way to gain privacy was to run the shower to steam up the glass. Room preparation was poor. An en-suite glass still contained remnants of the previous occupant's medication and the soap dispenser was empty.
